The hotel provided all the essential amenities like hair dryer, bathing essentials, kettle, and bottled water, etc. The staff was helpful and provided us with a room upgrade. The gym, swimming pool, and bathtub were nice, and the spa services were really good. The location is walkable and near to many cafes. The in-house restaurants are also top-notch but were a little expensive. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the room was awesome. The only negative was that the TV was not a smart TV. Overall, it was a really nice stay.

Food was notwhere near to what you expect in new delhi. Everything else, it is minimum 5* out of 5.

Our stay at The Lodhi, New Delhi was exceptional from start to finish. The staff truly define luxury hospitality—warm, attentive, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Every interaction made us feel welcomed and valued. The rooms are among the most spacious we have stayed in, beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The calm atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind after long days of sightseeing. Housekeeping maintained the room to the highest standards throughout our stay. What made this experience even more memorable was the contrast with our previous stay at The Leela Palace Delhi. Unfortunately, our experience there was overshadowed by loud late-night wedding music and inadequate soundproofing, which disrupted the peaceful stay we had planned after a long international journey. At The Lodhi, we found exactly what we were looking for: peace, comfort, privacy, outstanding service, and genuine five-star hospitality. The team consistently exceeded our expectations and restored our confidence in luxury hospitality. Thank you to everyone at The Lodhi for making our family trip so memorable. We will gladly return on our next visit to Delhi and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a refined, tranquil, and truly world-class experience.
